Cakes are now considered a custom sugar art creation for your special event. The guests will remember two things at your wedding: the gown and the cake. In order for us to maintain our high standards of quality, the following timeline is recommended: a 3-18 month notice for availability is preferred for wedding cakes; three weeks notice for all 3D cakes; two weeks notice for all 2D cakes. We book on a first come, first paid basis. A tasting/consultation of about one hour is standard for wedding cake orders of $350.00 or greater. It is FREE at this time. If more time or another consultation is requested by the bride, additional fees may be added to the final payment of the cake. To help in the cake design selection, the bride may bring a picture of her gown, a swatch of the bridesmaids’ dresses, a picture of the type and color of her flowers, a sample of the invitations, or a picture of her china pattern. Magazine, book, and website pictures are also helpful to get a taste of your style. You may also have your own design for your cake sketched out or want a custom cake designed for you. Our regular business hours are Monday thru Thursdays, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Special hours may be available upon request.
